Address and Improve Family and Child Safety in Your Community
State Trial Lawyers Associations (TLAs) Can:
- Team
up with a local law enforcement group (or safety organization,
etc.) that may be able to provide a location where the helmet
give-away can take place. These groups may also help with
any advertising you do to promote the program.
- Update
an existing helmet program. Provide helmets for scooter riders,
skateboarders, and in-line skaters, as well as bike riders.
- Member
attorneys can donate money to purchase helmets for children
in need of safety equipment.
- Access
bike helmet information
from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
