AAJ rewards excellence. And attending your first seminar will be the start of your participation in the National College of Advocacy's (NCA) Achievement Recognition Program. When you have completed 30 hours of AAJ-sponsored courses, you'll receive a certificate identifying you as having earned the designation of "Advocate." By earning 200 hours, you will achieve the status of "Fellow." When you have earned 400 credit hours and also completed the Ultimate Trial Advocacy Course: Art of Persuasion, you may display a certificate showing you have joined those distinguished trial lawyers privileged to display AAJ's highest honor, that of "Diplomate of Trial Advocacy."
