About The Program
This college is designed for and taught by experienced plaintiff trial lawyers who prosecute nursing home cases nationwide. Utilizing workshops with a low student-to-faculty ratio, it will give you the critical insight and knowledge you need to successfully prepare and try your nursing home cases along with the tools and strategies to hold the industry accountable for your clients’ injuries or wrongful death.
Topics covered include professional and custodial neglect, establishing the case for corporate neglect, written discovery and objections, and how to beat the arbitration clause. There will be an interactive workshop on case evaluation as well as several workshops on depositions, including care giver depositions, deposing the administrator, and corporate depositions. The program will include a live focus group to help you design your trial strategy.
