Michael Patrick Doyle concentrates his practice in complex maritime, medical negligence, insurance bad faith, DPTA, toxic torts, and products liability matters. Mr. Doyle is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He practices with the firm of Doyle Raizner LLP with offices in Houston and Galveston, Texas.
Martha Marie Eastman concentrates her practice in the areas of nursing home negligence and medical negligence. She is the past chair of AAJ’s Nursing Home Litigation Group and the author of Establishing Relief for the Most Innocent of All Aids Victims: Liability for Perinatal Transmission of AIDS. Ms. Eastman is a frequent speaker and teacher on issues regarding nursing home abuse and neglect, as well as trial advocacy, deposition techniques, and medical negligence. The Eastman Law Office is in Louisville, Kentucky.
G. Courtney French concentrates his practice in nursing home, medical negligence, products liability, motor vehicle, and wrongful death litigation. Mr. French is a member of AAJ’s Exchange Advisory Committee and the Board of Governors of AAJ’s New Lawyers Division. He is with the firm of Fuston, Petway & French, in Birmingham, Alabama.
Jerome F. O’Neill concentrates his practice on litigation on behalf of injured persons and their survivors, commercial litigation, and white collar criminal defense. He serves on AAJ’s Board of Governors, is a member of AAJ’s Exchange Advisory Committee, and is a past cochair and current member of the NCA Board of Trustees. He is a past president of the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association, is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and is the chair of the Vermont Supreme Court Evidence Rules Committee. Mr. O’Neill is a partner in the firm of O’Neill Kellner & Green in Burlington, Vermont.
Marcus Z. Shar represents plaintiffs in medical negligence cases and lectures to lawyers, judges, medical and lay groups throughout the United States. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a Diplomate of AAJ’s NCA. Mr. Shar is a past member of AAJ’s NCA Board of Trustees and a past cochair of AAJ’s Curriculum Development Committee. He is the author of numerous articles on trial techniques, and is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Law School and an associate clinical professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Mr. Shar is a partner in the firm of Shar, Rosen & Warshaw, L.L.C., located in Baltimore, Maryland. |
