Coffee and bagels will be served from 8:30 am to 9:00 am in the registration area.
Committee Meetings:
Thursday, November 3–Friday, November 4
All Board of Governor Members, Past Presidents, State Presidents, Committee Chairs, Committee members, and guests are asked to register by October 5, 2011.

HOTEL RESERVATION:
We are currently sold out of our room block at the Fairmont Hotel. The hotel will continue to accept reservation, but at this time we must ask you to contact Coretta Jacob, reservation supervisor at 202-457-5064 or at coretta.jacob@fairmont.com directly and refer to the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Fall Board of Governors Meeting.
The group rate of $279 is available until October 5, 2011. Subject to Availability
Hotel reservation confirmations will be sent to you within 24 hours and room reservations may be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival without penalties.
