While many members have implemented Spam-protection
filters to ease their daily e-mail burden, one unfortunate result
is that some AAJ member communications and benefits are blocked
by these filters, and/or wrongly labeled as Spam. AAJ is taking
steps to make sure our important member messages are not mislabeled
as Spam. In addition to our efforts, we ask your help in keeping
the communication channel between you and AAJ open by making
sure AAJ e-mail messages arrive safely in your Inbox. The following
is a complete list of e-mail domains from which we send messages
to you. This means, if an e-mail has the following "ending,"
it is coming from AAJ. Please forward this list to your IT department
or e-mail service, and ask them to add these domains to your e-mail
"safelist" or "whitelist" (the list of e-mails
address you have indicated are valid and not Spam). This will
guarantee that you receive all the important messages from AAJ
that you've indicated you want to get! Please add the following
to your e-mail "safelist/whitelist"
@www.AAJnet.org
@AAJnet.org
@lyris.AAJ.org

To conduct a more targeted search:
- For articles published since July 2006, go to the TRIAL or Law Reporter digital edition, select "Search" on the toolbar, and search by keyword or phrase.
- For older articles, consult the publications' online indexes. TRIAL's index organized by subject and author, includes articles dating back to June 1995. The Law Reporter publishes an index for each year, arranged by subject, case name, and award amount. Click here to select a Law Reporter yearly index.

For security reasons, the only way to subscribe
to or join justice.org's discussion groups is to go through
the web interface. There are two options: (a) join one list or
(b) join multiple lists in a single operation.
-
All available discussion groups are listed under List Servers. The List Servers are password protected
so that if you do not already have an justice.org username
and password, you need to get
one.
-
If you wish to join multiple lists or join some and drop
others or change your settings (mail, digest, index, nomail)
in all your lists, we suggest you use this second option.
The online registration now includes a checkoff page where
all justice.org forums you are qualified to join are listed
with check boxes. You simply check
mark the lists you are interested in. If you are already
in some lists, these will show pre-checked. You can leave
these lists simply by unchecking them. You may also change
all your list options by selecting the mail, digest, index
or nomail option on this page. If you enter a new e-mail address
when you register, your old e-mail address will be updated
wherever we have it, including all justice.org lists.
If you've registered for justice.org before, you may reuse
your current username and password or change them if you wish.
